These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AlterHosting LLC services, including shared hosting, email hosting, and related services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AlterHosting LLC provides shared hosting services with a Plesk control panel, email services, and related features. Service details, limits, and pricing are described on our website and order pages.

2. Account information

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your contact email current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for securing your credentials.

3. Billing, renewals, and payments

Services are billed in advance. Plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices may change with notice. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees. All fees are non‑refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated on the order page.

4. Domain registration

Domain registration and DNS services are provided through Joker.com and are subject to registry rules and Joker.com policies. You are responsible for the accuracy of domain registration data and for complying with applicable registry requirements.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal activity, abuse, malware distribution, phishing, spam, or unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Resource usage

Shared hosting is subject to fair and reasonable use. If your account causes excessive load or impacts other customers, we may limit resources, request changes, or require a plan change.

7. Backups

Backups may be provided as a convenience, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We do not guarantee the availability or completeness of any backups.

8. Maintenance and notices

We may perform scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance. We will attempt to notify customers in advance of planned maintenance using email or the Members Area. Service and maintenance notices are part of the service and are not marketing communications.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non‑payment, security issues, or Terms violations. Upon termination, your data may be removed and is not guaranteed to be retained.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlterHosting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on our website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
