Q: What will my credit card be billed as?A: Your credit card will be billed as AlterHosting LLC. Q: How do I update billing info?A: To update billing info, you should login to Customer Area and fill Update Billing form. You can choose this option from left menu. All information is SSL-secured and PGP encrypted, so it's absolutely safe. Q: How do I know the status for my account?A: You can view the status for your account logging to Customers Area. You'll also be able to see the next billing date for the domain name and account. Q: If I want to upgrade/downgrade my package, what should I do?A: You can easily upgrade/downgrade services from Customers Area. You'll need to submit Helpdesk Request. Q: I have a charge question, whom should I contact?A: First of all, stay assured all billing issues will be resolved efficiently, you shouldn't worry.
